Precautionary Measures We’re Taking in Response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 in the Capital Region

At Meier Law Firm, PLLC, people are at the heart of everything we do. In the interest of continuing to offer our clients & collaborators the best service possible, we are sharing the measures we are taking in response to Coronavirus COVID-19 in the Capital Region:

– Meier Law Firm continues to be open for business Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. As always, the safety of both our team, the clients we serve, and the other professionals with whom we collaborate remains our top priority so we ask you to exercise your best judgment when visiting our office. If you are scheduled for an office appointment but are experiencing symptoms, please contact our office in advance of your appointment so that we may either make arrangements to switch you to a phone/video meeting or reschedule you for another day when you are feeling better.
– Our team will still greet you with our biggest & brightest smiles, but in an abundance of caution, we’re asking that you temporarily accept a rain-check for handshakes & hugs.
– We will continue to engage in best practices on hand-washing, particularly before & after meeting with clients and handling/exchanging documents.
– We are actively monitoring the CDC and NYS communications on Coronavirus COVID-19 and will update our response as necessary.
